Cool Control LLC operates okcccc.com and the browser prototypes offered here. We are registered in Montana, United States, company number C1691209. Our registered address is 1001 S MAIN STREET STE 700, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States.
This policy covers this website. It does not describe a released TikTok Minis integration. We will update the relevant notices before introducing accounts, payments, advertising or platform data integrations.
2. Information used by this website
The website does not provide player accounts, payment forms, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our public browser prototypes do not send scores or gameplay to a company game server. The hosting and delivery provider receives technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URLs and request times, to deliver pages and protect the service. The public website is served from a RackNerd virtual server using Nginx. Cloudflare provides DNS and email forwarding. The server processes technical request information to deliver pages. We do not configure advertising or website analytics scripts.
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, provide support and manage the business conversation. Please do not send identity documents, financial details or other sensitive information in a general inquiry.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The three browser prototypes currently in our public collection keep their game state in page memory; reloading resets that state. Your browser or hosting provider may use technical storage for its own functionality or security. If we introduce persistent progress storage or analytics, we will update this policy to reflect that use.
4. Optional microphone input
Coop Out offers an optional voice control mode. It requests browser microphone permission only when you choose to enable it. Sound levels are analyzed on your device to trigger jumps. The prototype does not record, store or upload microphone audio. You can play with tap controls without microphone access. Microphone tracks stop when you close the prototype, and you can revoke access in your browser settings.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Website delivery and email services process the technical requests and correspondence necessary to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or to investigate misuse and protect the service.
6. Retention and international processing
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain necessary business records and meet applicable obligations. Website access and error logs are rotated daily with up to 14 rotated files retained; hosting providers may maintain separate infrastructure and security records. Website requests and email may be processed outside your location; registration of the company in the United States does not mean all processing occurs there.
7. Your choices and requests
You can use the website without contacting us or enabling your microphone. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you have provided, or object to certain processing. Email us with enough context to locate your request. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information.
8. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate. Please do not send a child’s information through general support email.
9. Changes
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes to a particular product’s data practices will be described before the new practices apply.
